Here at Two Frequent Flyers we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act 2018, the data controller is Two Frequent Flyers.

How do we get information?

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

Our website is not intended for or targeted at children under 16, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 16.  If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 16, please contact us at twofrequentflyerss@gmail.com, so that we may delete the information.

IP addresses / Log files

When you use our services or view content provided by us, we automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, internet service provider (ISP), the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, clickstream data, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by Two Frequent Flyers to provide general statistics regarding use of the Two Frequent Flyers Website. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns and is not used to identify any individual.

Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access.

We never sell Personal Information to any third party

We use data processors who are third parties who provide elements of services for us. We have contracts in place with our data processors. For example, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.

We may send information or Two Frequent Flyers content to you which we think may be of interest to you by email, or other means and send you marketing communications relating to our business;

The data privacy law allows this as part of our legitimate interest in understanding our customers and providing the highest levels of service.

We may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, we do not transfer your Personal Information to the third party.

We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in a specific post code).
